how to program remote?

1999 Blazer LS

I am going to buy the remote door lock unlock for my vehicle. I currently do not have one. Does anyone know how I program it by chance?

Do you have the RPO code AU0 (label in glove box)? If not, how are you planning on making a remote work?

I have no idea. I will have to look. I thought all the LS blazers of that year had the remote locking system.
