HVAC issues, can't find a good thread answer
Have an 02 Blazer with an HVAC issue. Started with no air from floor or defrost vents only the face vents, I changed the actuator with the red/blue vacuum lines(the old one was toast) and now get a little air to the floor, the defrost with most air out the face vents no matter what the selector is put on. I have vacuum on all the lines(checked by feel not a vacuum gauge), I've tried checking the door inside the air box(checked with a coat hanger) but can't tell if its working or not. I also took the control panel out and took the selector switch apart and cleaned it, had a small amount of grease in it. I'm kinda lost as to what the problem is and don't really want to pull the dash or just start throwing parts at the thing. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Many threads on this subject
No flow from the floor most likely means the blend door is broken, remove the actuator (its above and to the right of the gas pedal)if the blend door is broken the end of the pivot will come out still attached to the actuator.
I replaced mine by removing the console and using a multi-tool to cut a rectangular hole in the plenum box, took me about 2 hours to to fix.
Pic below is a new door, the pen points to where they break.
New door runs about $19. Part number 52470781.
