Any help with this would be great. I just put a 4.3 vortec out of a 98 jimmy into my 97 blazer and im have a few problems with it. It will start and idle fine and run fine down the road but when you come to a stop the motor starts ticking on #6 cylinder then the cylinder goes dead and the engine tries to die but eventually it will pick up after u give it throttle. Any body have any ideas?

What it a good running engine before hand ?

Did u use the computer from the jimmy ?
