Did all or any sec gens come with disc brakes in rear?

IIRC, starting with the 2003 model they were optional in the rear.

not all of em. i remember getting some new shoes off a 95 round body for my 91.

Not all came with them. Disc rear ends were optional up until at least '98 in Canada. Miy '96 came with drums in the rear. I got discs when I upgraded my rear axle.

My 96 4x4 has drums in the rear, iirc 96 and 97 had drums 98 up were discs.

My '98 ZR2 had rear discs.

My wife's 2000 Blazer has rear discs. That was quite a surprise when I pulled the rear wheels off for the first time!
