When i lookeda couple weeks ago the add said it was complete other than the front bumpers and headlights. If it was me id go for the hid goodies first also haha

 

It _should_ light up when the fog lights are engaged, but the little yellow light is in the button. You will have to get the BCM re-programmed, or do a custom fog-light relay (someone posted a link to a DIY 12V relay for this exact thing).

 

Would make sense but the gov wants us all driving 4 cylinder or electric or hybrid cars, so they're going to let them be wrecked and probably mandated part of it.

 

Ya I took a look at my buddies S10 and saw that the little white dot lights up. Tricked me!

Any chance you have a link to that DIY? Can't seem to find it, but definitely will come in handy.

 

that blazer has been there for a while. the front bumper was thrown in the back and now its on my blazer.

 

I went to a pull and save today.... damn... Probably 10 nice blazers...

A freaking 4 door, leather... fully loaded.... with everything in the interior still in it... including some freaking mud.... jesus....

A 2 door zr2, with BRAND NEW SUSPENSION COMPONENTS, interior stripped....

And a set of 4 teardrop rims and tires for 44.5x4+tax.... so just under 200... Might be going back tomorrow since I cashed my check...

 

you're kidding!?! the best i can find around here is $100 for the same one-and that's @ the main wrecker that i deal with. most of them are askin 130 to 150.


i'm looking for the same thing (driver's door only though), and the best price i've got-in fact it's the only one i've found-was for $75, and they pull. it's on a truck that's inside their insurance compound, and hasn't been released to the main yard yet. so you know i've been playing the waiting game (6 months now), but i know it's gonna disappear right before it makes it out to the yard.

then why the hell are they making it so hard for us to get electric cars?

there are only 6 2nd gen's in the wrecker's closest to me, and they've been destroyed by the thoughtless kids (i've seen & reamed out a few i've witnessed destroy stuff for no reason). so many dashed hacked @ by a hammer, pried apart 'cause they're too lazy/stupid to find all the screws.

and power mirrors, my god...........so many bases still on the truck, and the mirror's are hangin' by the wires.

*question* wouldn' it be smarter for the engine's to be pulled, and then sold off to another vwhicle owner who needs to replace/upgrade his higher mileage one?

that was a dumb question-of course it would, but logic is not part of that equation!

X3 I hear you on this one. I almost hate going to jalopy jungle because eversince it came under new ownership they still have the cameras and they still work but nobody's watching for stupid people breaking part because they're stupid, lazy or don't care. I can't count how many back windows were busted out. Oh yeah in the past they used to help you get the big stuff out like tranny and tcase or engine but not anymore. Still at least the prices went down.
