Just bought a 2000 blazer 4x4
So I just bought my first blazer and I’m starting to realize there isn’t much of an aftermarket world for this thing was wondering what all I need to do to clear 33x13.50r15 and is there a way to do a flip kit on the rear end
Are you interested in doing a suspension lift? There are several threads on that. These come in two flavors.
The first is about is about a 2" lift consisting of cranking the torsion bars or installing new torsion bar keys and longer rear spring shackles. The maximum tire size typically is 31x10.5R15
The second is about a 6" lift that often includes installing a fixed axle in the front. For these the tires can be much larger.

later on yes but if I can flip the rear end to sit under the leafs instead of on top of them that’ll give me are 2 to 3 inches higher in the rear and I already have 3 in torsion keys

I don't know if anyone has flipped the axle but I suppose it can be done.
Only because it is so much easier to do, I'd suggest going with longer rear shackles instead.
You also might consider replacement upper control arms so that the upper ball joints are at a better angle with the lift.

You used to be able to buy a 6" lift from a couple of companies, but I'm not sure if anyone is selling them anymore. To fit the size tires you are wanting, you will need at least a 6" lift, and my still have to trim a bit here and there.
