I recently ran a scan on my 02 blazer got some codes then accidentally erased them, luckily i have a history of the codes, some i am not too worried about right now, C0281 & P1626 i am not worried about right now Can someone help me understand what i can do to fix these problems, i know i have a few solenoids to replace, but i cant find the tccm fuse

Looks like related and unrelated things to me. Would IMHO be an indication of a communication problem between boxes or inputs.
I would recommend to start an in depth investigation into the electrical system. Make sure all the fuses are good. Make sure all the connectors are connected securely, eventually taking them apart one by one, use electrical contact cleaning spray and put the together correctly. Look for damaged wires.
Does the 2002 Blazer have a CAN bus system? If so, try to get a fault analysis manual. Could be just one box not having power or having broken down. If it is the one with the network resistor it can wreak havoc with codes.
I just bought a multimeter so I'm going to be testing the solenoids and anything else that I can I did not think about doing an in-depth electrical investigation I will be doing that and I do not believe that it has a can bus system

Don't worry about anything that does not reappear after clearing them.
Don't worry about what? I did have the code for the MAF reappear after I erased it on accident but it's the only one that reappeared as of right now
Then I would work on fixing the MAF code and forget the rest unless/until they reappear. Always fix the lowest numbered hard code if you have one, and back-burner the intermittents or pending or history codes. That's how the diagnostics work. Codes aren't a simple faulty parts detection system and there can be many reasons for codes (including left over from working on the vehicle in the past).
