Default Leak comming from A/C box?

For a while now my windsheid has been fogging up and I naturually assumed that it was the heater core, and was dredding the inevitable. Then about a week ago, I started getting a leak just behind the right front wheel. So I decided to bypass the heater core, until I had time to fix it this weekend. Well all that did was give me no heat to dry out whatever is leaking into the heater box. This morning, I decided to try one more test and I disconnected the wirring to the A/C pump... Hey the leak is gone! Also YA! I don't have to do a heatercore. Now I checked the forum, and I haven't found alot pertaining to this, as far as what the actual problem is, and what I need to do to fix it. So if anyone has any Ideas, thoughts, or links that can point me in the right direction, I would truly appreciate it. Thanks in advance, Bart.

It sounds like your EVAP case drain is clogged. This is the drain that allows the water from the AC to drain out, the puddle you get under your truck with the AC on. It will plugged up with leaves and dirt over time so the water will fill the case and if it cant go out it will go in as in onto your passenger front floor. You will have to look for an opening on in the firewall on the passengers side and tryto stick a wire hanger up it to remove the blockage. Just be aware that once you remove the blockage the water will come pouring out and depending how long it was been in there it may stink do to being stagnant and filled with all sorts of crap. I hope this helps, Good Luck.
