Your best bet is 1.5-2' shackles and a t-bar crank.

I'd go with a 2" body lift instead if you're only looking to fit 31's. Shackles and a torsion bar crank still allow the wheels to flex up into the wheel well just as much as stock. The body lift will permanently move the wheel well away from the highest point of the suspension travel. You'll need performance accessories kit number 152. PM me if you need help finding one.

Myself for 31's im doing the t-bar (torsion bar) crank, shackles and the body lift. Call me paranoid but i want to make sure i dont rub. In all honesty though the 2 inch body lift that Jigg mentioned will make sure you clear 31's.
As for the torsion bar crank, what it is, is just a tightening of the adjustment bolt to the torsion bars (located on either. Per Jigg's general recommendation, 4-6 full turns of the bolt is all thats needed to yeald 1.5-2 inches of height for the front. Only bad side is this wears ball joints and cv's a littlefaster and you will need an allignment. As for shackles they are not that hard to install. Basically with the truck in the air, remove the factory shackles and install the new longer ones with factory bolts.
