lift kit question
i have a 03 ls 4door 4.3 ltr 4x4. i want to find a suspension lift kit for it but all i have seem to come across is superlift, which i heard they arent that good. i want a 4" lift if possible. can you give me a website to go to or somthing to find one
You will not find a 4" lift for the S-series. You either have the 2" lifts that are hard on the ball joints or you jump all the way to a 6" lift which relocates the front differential and the whole front suspension.
It all depends on what you require out of the lift as far as which would be appropriate. With some lift shackles for the back, a t-bar crank up front, and a body lift, you can fit 31" tires.

Again, it all depends on what you expect to do with the truck. If you just want to go offroading occasionally and not really get "into" it, then you will probably want to go with the shackles/t-bar crank/body lift as it is by far cheaper than a 6" suspension lift.
If you really were going to be doing some serious offroading, then the 6" lift kit would probably be better.
It all depends on how much $$$ you want to spend.
