anybody know a cheap blueish light that would work on my blazer? would like HID's but they are rather expensive, looking more for the bluish glow than the high output. Anybody know where I could get a cheap over the counter HID kit?

eBay, look around & set it to Ending Soonest so you may be able to get a bid in under the wire & get it cheaper than Buy It Now.

Ok, heres what ya do. Go to harbor freight get these lights
6" Off-Road Light System

And order 5000k
35 or 55 watt
h3 bulb

from here
