lights pulsating. voltage twitching

Hmmm, not sure if it's the exact same problem... Mine isn't really sporadically, it's like once every 1.5 seconds or so it drops a little less than half a volt.
I would check for water where the fuse panel comes in, but I'm not sure where that is :/
