Default Long day trip ahead. Future prep recommendations?

I have a good 9 hour road trip in North eastern Ontario coming up at the end of February, and was wondering what I should do to prepare my 2005 Jimmy for the road? I have just done an oil change, and got the 4wd working properly. I will be taking some backcountry roads with no tow service or reception for a while (I will be going Montreal - Sudbury across the 17). I will
be checking the breaks and topping up any fluid before leaving, but should I be getting my tires rotated/ balanced? Or any general inspection? This will also save me time in the future for any other maintenance. Thank you in advance for any advice.

There is also checking your other fluids, including transmission and axles.

I think another question would be what equipment will you be bringing along. A few items you might bring are extra fluids, fuel, and recovery gear, e.g., recovery tracks. Will you have extra food and and water? Extra clothes? Tools?
