I'm looking for a blazer zr2 (particularly one after the year they went to console shift)

got a few questions

Other than a hitch, is there a way to tell if it has the factory towing pkg? like an RPO code the signifies towing package?

I want to get this for my aux transportation, parts getter, winter vehicle, mild off roading, and i'd like to be able to pull a race car on an open trailer ~3450 lb car, trailer weight to be determined... Will the blazer be suitable?

Are there any common problems to look at, anything I should stay away from?

What does the control for the G81 locker look like?

I am looking at 2004, and a 2000, both in grey I know the 2000 does not have the floor shifter...

Basicly point me toward the noob guide for blazer ownership. I'll be making very simple off-road type modifications. My car is my go fast, i want this to be my go anywhere.

I am in the South Eastern MI area, north of detroit... if any one knows of any private party f/s ZR2's in this area let me know...
