Cool looking for local Chevy mechanics, (LOWERMAINLAND / B.C.)

Hello ,
I just got my hands on a decent condition Chevy Blazer
trying to find an honest mechanic around Vancouver BC.

or any one who want's to talk or show off good ZR2 build's.

Currently trying to figure out: Poor engine performance
poor acceleration, poor fuel mileage, struggle staying in gear going up steep hills, gas gauge begins to jumps a little around at 1/4 tank , always starts but some turnovers more sluggish then others.
idle sits at 600RPM consistently but idle vibration feels rough.

no check engine light, burning smells, bad exhaust, stalling or failing to start.

just had new catalytic converter and exhaust installed that fixed code P0304.
