I'm new on here so I'm still kinda figuring stuff out. I just purchased an 87 k5 and I need a tailgate. Does anyone on here have one they are willing to part with?

 

I have two rust free, one of them is NOS GM. I really don't want to part with either of them at this time though. I practically stole both of them as well considering I paid under $100 for the pair. They're out there.

 

Yea that's a really good deal. The one I have has no window in it and the track arms are all rusted. It has more rust on the bottom of it and a big dent. I was thinking of putting a pickup tailgate on it and running a soft top for the summer but I'd like to find a blazer tailgate without having to buy one New. I'm sure one will turn up eventually.

 

I too just bought an 87 k5 ti use as strictly mud truck and I am willing to part with tailgate if you are still interested. Painted a couple years ago but never been on truck, cane with new glass,track,and seals.

Well I'm not set on definite price, I don't know what shipping on something like that would be and don't want to screw anyone over but maybe $200-$250?

 

where are you located that may help some people post up who dont want to deal with shipping, i wouldnt even know where to go to ship one
