Default Need Help!!!!

So my Blazer shut Completely off on me. Now the key is stuck in the ignition and won't turn at all. I have no power and no way of getting my key out. Any ideas what went wrong? Also before shutting off the check gauges light started flashing. I check all fluids and all were good.

I got the key stuck in my blazer... wouldn't come out for the life of me... ended up having to get a new ignition cylinder and swapped it out...

Pop the little cover off the bottom of the steering column on the right hand side, should be a little brass colored plunger in there, push it in and turn the key all the way back to off, key should come out, sounds like a BTSI failure induced by some other unknown issue.

Thanks guys!!! So I got the key out and managed to get it to my repair shop. It was a bad ignition switch. Got that changed and the battery just to have a clear mind. Haven't installed the battery yet waiting till after work today. I'll keep you guys posted
