I was hoping to get to come in here and say "welcome to the club!" sucks to hear man. Hopefully it all works itself out.

Ya will find out Monday, but we agreed on $8500 so if he says its $9500, walking away, I bet it wont sell for that price on CL a lot of people looking for a deal.

Guy screwed me, said he had a guy looking at it and price is $9500. I said I can only do $8500, then said bye and hung up.
The hunt continues.
