Wow, that was a deep dive into the history of the S-10! I never knew about the Chevy Luv before, interesting to see the Isuzu connection. The Cyclone and Typhoon sound like absolute beasts, especially for their time.

 

Awesome. Hope to have a 97 S10 to go with my 97 Blazer one day. The only thing I don't like about my Blazer is it has no truck bed. Had an 86 Government Ford Ranger for a couple years until I traded it in to finance a 2010 HHR. Bad choice. Not because the HHR was bad, but because I miss that small truck.
