Well she started up first try with a bit of encouragement. Thawing her out did the trick over night. Promptly when on a nice drive to Autozone for Heet and the Mutual station for gas I trust.

Which meat I got back in time for my scheduled build day on the Jimmy.

I had an S10 that wouldnt start below 5f. Turned out to be water in the Fuel filter and a weak fuel pump. If you cycle the key 5 or 6 times and listen for the fuel pump to prime it helps. Turn key to "Run" but, don't start it. Let it sit there until the fuel pump stops humming then turn key off and wait 3 seconds and repeat the process a few times it helps. When it warms up I'd replace the fuel pump and filter and run some Heet through it. Just my 2 cents.
