Figured I'd go ahead and get the one that comes with the K&N. Can't wait to get it in. Should be sometime next week. I'll have her installed by next weekend with pics. Next comes a Flowmaster 40 series but gotta figure out which part number I need to get it ordered.

I have the Flowmaster 40 on mine right now.
I just ordered a cold air intake as well (K&N). Should be here tomorrow, Jan 20th!!
Weekend project, along with replacing my wheel sensor and vacuum plunger for 4x4.

Get yours in yet?

looks like it dosen't come with a heat shield. Its pretty much useless without a good heat shield. Take a look at this thread. On how to build your own.

Check out my build thread if you'd like (click the link in my sig...) and check out the one I built... I didn't really detail how I built it, but bending it took a table, a piece of wood with clamps to act as a break and a hammer with some well placed hits lol.

I think I'll be upgrading to one with complete piping from front to back and just keep the K&N I have.
