Default Passenger side interior panel

Hello im trying to get a better access to the passenger side fuse panel. I'm wanting to remove the entire plastic piece that the fuse panel cover is on. Does anyone know or has any one removed this panel to access thw fuse box? I can't gain enough access to the fuse box. To do what I need to do. And also the fuse box seems to be lose. I'm hoping to be able to correct that also

What year Blazer do you have?

On the 2nd gen Blazers I only know of a fuse panel on the driver's side of the instrument panel.

I have 2023 blazer. It has 3 fuse boxes 1 on the passenger side next to the floorboard on the left side and another under the hood and one in the rear cargo compartment on the drivers side. And of course the one I need is the most difficult to get to. Which is the passenger side one
