Unhappy please help me help with a/c

i have all new system .compressor.condensor.evap. the system was working fine until yest. i am in ac class in college. put guages on it and all reads good,but noticed that it was blowing hot and cold at the same time.i clamped off the heater core hose and have a little ac.. help me figure this out .i really could use the knowledge

perhaps it could be a wiring or switch issue?

it is a 1993 tahoe lt 4 door. i have someone tell me it might be the blend door actuator. if anyone knows how to bypass that it would be helpful

I think that is most likely the problem. But beyond that I can't help.

well i found out that it was the blend door.i found out that in back of the glove box i can access the spot that the cable attaches and i can manually change it from hot to cold now.the part needed was a dealer item and too expensive. cheaper too open the glove box..lol.thnk you for the input.....

We have a 'search' function just for things like this. Use it for 'blend door' and you'll find plenty of info on repair,etc.
