Plug wire bracket rattles against engine?
97 blazer 4dr, vin w
New to the vehicle and still learning the blazers..
I noticed the other day a rattle, metal 'tingy' than anything. I thought it was the timing chain issue since they don't have a tensioner... Buuuut, then I was digging around in the engine compartment and I heard a 'TING!'...
I believe the bracket holding the plug wires is vibrating against the engine?!
I noticed a hole where a screw probably was on the right side, don't feel any sort of support point on the left side... Anyone know anything about this?
Is there a support screw on the right and left? Just one side? I guess I could put some JBWeld in there, but concerned about "proper" approach.
Can't say I've come across it in the Chilton's..
Thanks!
