I was thinking of just changing fluids in both regardless to be honest . I just like knowing things have been changed and I don't actually need to worry about them as much .

It's a good practice, and something commonly overlooked. Engine oil, everyone knows about... but how many people change their transmission fluid or differential fluid at regular intervals? There's no telling if any of that was ever done prior to you buying it. Which is another reason I encourage others to have Cat (or some other reputable source) analyze the fluid samples.

I totally agree with your statement , it is commonly over looked, the good news is that I know the dealer of purchase which I did work for and they tend to do a lot of tune up work once they get vehicles either by trade in or purchase at an auction . From what I was told by my step parents, they had not done anything in regards to differentials so I'll end up doing that myself once I get around to finishing up what it needs and doing a general tune up. With only 107k I believe it's about 40k over do for a differential service any way , but I may be wrong . I was also looking into possibly doing away with that noisy fan and upgrading to an electric kit, but after I seen what they run I may just avoid it and deal with the noise unless they are actually worth the $.

I know there are plenty of write ups done on modifications to improve gas mileage , and I have been able to read a few, but other than general maintenance , and maybe doing a cold air intake or even just a drop in k&n , are there any other things that I could do to improve mpg even by the slightest ? I was also looking at maybe getting a tune done by blackbear , but I wasn't sure if I should bother doing so prior to doing any modifications .

The electric fans can be had from an auto wrecker and made to work for alot cheaper than the kits will cost you. The Efans will most def help out on your gas milage for sure. This will be the biggest fuel saver you can find. If fuel costs is what bothers you then you can delete the AC and re-route the belt around the AC compressor.

You arent going to get any gains from a KN drop in, but I put an AirRaid kit on both my fullsize trucks and gained 2KM/L on each of them, so the kits paid for themselves in 6 months of buying gas.

Auto wrecker being a salvage yard ? And I honestly never seen many gains from a cold air intake in regards to mpg but tremendous gains in the sound and joy department haha.

I'd really like to do the electric fans but I always seen kits for $400+ which to me won't ever pay for itself . And the ac delete was another idea I thought about and maybe some exhaust work , just don't know how much .

I know as of now the o2 is bad just need to hook up my scan toll to find out which one .

I have an '02 ZR2 4x4. Being that it is a 4x4 it doesn't have much get up and go but it does have a ton of power. The o2 sensor code (light) has been on on mine for years. have changed it and it came back on about a year later. Changed the fuel pump and it went out for the time being. Gas mileage isn't great!!! Is awesome in snow and mud. Ride isn't as smooth but it IS a 4x4 so that is expected. For that price I would jump on it. I have also replaced bearings. The best thing this blazer is good for is mountains. If you plan on using it for snow or mudding it is awesome!!!
