sounds like an electrical problem have you tried checking for power at the lock assemblies?

It will do that if the keys are in the ignition. If there is power and it is trying then you my good sir need a power door lock actuator. Those run between $200 to $350 new although used may be your least expensive option.

Yep, sounds like the latch needs replaced. When I bought my 04 the drivers door did the same thing, would unlock with power but not lock. Turns out someone in its past let the door hinge bushings get WAY too far gone, the door sagged, they kept slamming the door shut, and it busted the latch to hell... Honestly surprised it was still holding the door shut... Put in a junk yard latch, problem resolved.
