I do not think he is talking about changing out a motor, but rather, installing power locks and windows on a truck that originally did not have them. Is this the case?
The components themselves probably are not going to be the difficult part for you. Rather, it is the wiring that is going to be a royal pain. I am very surprised that a 2000 would not have power locks.

Thats what I would have thought, but it sure doesn't. I didn't even know blazers had a 5spd option until I got mine.
You are right though, I am looking to install power windows and locks on a vehicle with manual windows/locks. Also, what do I need for the rear glass 'popper'? I have the switch, do I need a motor or something to release the glass?

I get out of the car and use the key. Is it a huge deal; No. Just one of those things that I'd like. I figured since the panel where the switch goes had wires behind it... It was all plug and play, just had to get the switch and everything worked.
