so I started looking at my 97 blazer and decided to attempt the quad headlight mod

well in the area that the pictures show I do not have a yellow wire???

is this a 98 and newer thing or am I in the wrong place?

behinde the drivers side light in between the pigtail and the bulbs is where I am looking.

any help is appriciated

 

97's have different style headlights so theres a high chance that the wiring is different also. however, im sure theres still a way to do it. i have a 1998 and followed Kyle's how-to word for word and it didnt work for me

 

You can always just make up your own wiring harnes for extra lighting!! Its not really hard at all!!

 

I have the wiring schmatic for the 97 and older blazers does anyone know what the yellow wire is on 98 and newer? maybe its just a different color wire?
