Of course its possible. But, the real question is, Do you have an over head console. If so, you will obviously have to remove that.

Well I didn't add one but mine came with an aftermarket power moon/sunroof and I hate it!!! Now that I have removed the headliner and seen what they did to make it fit its just ridiculous and I wouldn't suggest it! Mainly given the fact that there is a cross support right where you are going to want to put the sunroof. Mine was cut out and I'm about 99% certain that this is the reason that none of my doors line up properly. They are designed to have that support bar there and as minimal as it seems I feel its necessary!

I personally hate sunroofs, they serve no purpose IMO and make it easier to have the sun in your eyes and a sunburn to the face. Dont hurt your blazer with a hole in your roof

I love my sunroof, comes in handy on steep declines too. I stop looking out the windshield and start looking out the sunroof lol.

I've wanted to install one a few times, but people talked me out of it each time. It seems that the novelty wears off(so I'm told), and you rarely use it. I wouldn't know, I've never had one...

I have had cars in the past that had them and
Diaita is correct about the novelty...it does wears off and the first time it leaks or wont open is when it becomes just a hole in the roof.
Great idea. But if your blazer did not come with one . Save your money and invest in a lift or tires..... or one of the many other upgrades that are much more rewarding

I'm glad mine came with one and do enjoy using it, but I would never install a sunroof into one.
