Before anyone says search... I have, for an hour. I have a set of rear flares for a 2002 ZR2, but all of the bolts are broken off. Is there a way to still use these?

 

I have a 4 door and modified them to work with the door, I couldn't use the stock bolts, so I cut all mounting points off and just riveted it to the lip of the wheel well...

If you want to reuse the mounts you could carefully remove the brackets by drilling out the rivets that hold them on and then grind the broken studs flat. Then drill to remove the last of the old studs. Find you some machine screws and tack them in place and you should be golden. You'll want to treat the spots where you tack the screws in or they'll just start to rust and you'll be right back where you started.
