Reasons we like our Blazer.........
First snowfall of the year, 7", throwed her in 4wd and walked around a lot of cars/trucks slipping and sliding on my way home from work.
Passed one of these and almost felt sorry the guy.

I agree. I love having the 4x4. I've pulled out a few people that were stuck in my neighbourhood. One guy tried to give me some cash for stopping, and I told him he can't pay me for doing something that's fun. I keep my tow strap in the back seat right now.

CAB, you didn't happen to be on I75 last night did ya? Sheesh... what a friggin nighmare. Semi tanker truck jackknifed and pritnear bent in half. Took me nearly an hour and 15 just to drive a mile!
Too bad all the snow is melting today... I really wanted to go do some more sliding around. The old girl is perfect for sliding around in the stuff we had last night. Not too heavy, not too light... shes just right.

Friday night is the exact reason I wish Id have got my sport/defrost mirrors done up. Couldnt see nothin', had to roll the winder down and stick my head out trick. I actually managed to clear 5 mph at one point in Norwood.
Normally this is no biggie back home, but here there isnt as much snow plow equiptment! lol The morning was no biggie. It only took me 10 minutes to drive my 14 miles. Got dumped back home probably had 14in, was the only time I got stuck. Only problem with the blazer is it needs momentum, and once theres more of that than resistance you're clear forever. Of course Im all stock.
