I buy from Rockauto.com. Great prices, easy to use website, Great people to do business with. A lot of people over at Ford-Trucks.com use them & FTE is the largest Ford truck forum on the web.
For used parts I use car-parts.com & find a wrecking yard that is the closest to me & buy.
I have bought from Trans West in Utah a few times recently & received very fast shipping, Very Friendly service, & the parts were as advertised or better.

Give Synergy Offroad a look. I replaced both mine last year and haven't had any problems. Might be the best prices you can find also.
