It is RockAuto's fault because they advertised the product was partially flashed by Cardone.

RockAuto won't let you return the Cardone PCM's UNTIL you ship it off to a programmer to see if they can re-flash it to get it to work.

They false advertised their product they were selling. Go ask them about it.

I got the screen shot showing they advertised it as programmed. Go to Cardone's website and they say programming is part of their "remanufacturing process"...and they also have a web page for the programmer that they use....trying to sell that programmer to other reman folk
