Default Run into an issue installing shackles..

Hopefully someone can help me out...Finally got a chance to get my blazer over to a friends house to have the shackles put on. Well he took my ride over and got started on it while I was at work yesterday afternoon.Well when I had gotten over there he had one shackle fully off and had burned out the bushing...but the downside is he chiseled out the sleeve also..He figured the new bushings woulda had sleeves with them.. I had bought Moog replacements and they dont have a replacement sleeve.. Does anyone know how to find a gm direct part # or if these are available anywhere...kinda need to get a set I figure now as Im sure they sell in pairs. My blazer is in his garage and now Im walking to work now till I can get this part. I would really appreciate any help anyone can give..I have looked at Autozone and ORiellys but they seem to have no clue what Im talking about...
