this is a first seeing this, I had no idea there was sand blasting with water.

I used to do water blasting, and we used these huge machines, used cummins diesel engines, capable of 30,000-50,000psi.. we would run them at about 25-30,000 Would etch concrete.

We use water and abrasive to cut fairly thick metal at work. I don't think I'd use it on aluminum. Maybe heavy steel, but not a softer metal like aluminum. I think I'd rather use walnut shells or glass beads to blast aluminum.

I was thinking walnut beats would work better. Water is really strong, mix it with sand and you will do some damage to the aluminum if you do not know what you are doing.

Gonna take 3 weeks to blast that trailer...not bad if you're being paid by the hour

I've used one before, slow going but does work alright, especially no dust. Regular pressure blasting is much faster though.

will only consider if I can do it some place other than my house/garage
I was reminded what a PIA the sand is ,some one broke a bag of sand today at work on the concrete floor
