I'll use what I can & any left over trim will be dumped. As for the rest .......

DAY 3:
Not much today. Heater core (see separate thread), Jack (son-in-law wanted one), 2 broken mirrors (to find a way of changing mirror glass without destroying the whole thing. AND a pair of tail lights (not sure if I like them but .. hey!) still need to strip them from the truck.
They are still going to give me a drivers seat (mine has the unresolved issue of the seat adjuster).
All I now need to have my truck in tip top shape, is a left side sun visor (they may even have one for me) & a left side mirror (I know they have a silver one - if I can score that I will need to paint it to match).
I'll take the 'ol Black Beast in to them to have the heater core replaced & the motor that changes the air flow on the a/c. (see seperate thread)

This must be getting boring for you guys BUT I got more stuff today!

I got a Grey dash bezel & the door handle inserts. I've never been too happy with the copper coloured trim so I'll try the grey & see what it looks like. The dash bezel is cracked at the top but not too noticeable. There is a guy around here who repairs & renovates dashboards for the Chevy guys. I'll get him to fix it. There is still another bezel there waiting to come out & if not needed I'll grab it anyway. Tomorrow I'll strip out the tail lights & drivers seat then I'm good to go.
