Just curious what is this sea foam stuff evryone talks about running through their trucks? Where do you get it at?

clicked link you posted thanks can get it at advance...........quick question do i add this through the opening for the pcv valve on a 4.3 and after waiting and running it do you do it when your changing the oil and put in fresh afterward thank you

You put the seafoam in with the oil.

You CAN put the seafoam in with the oil, but its mostly used for cleaning the 'upper engine'. Cleans out carbon deposits, etc. As the link that Kyle posted says, you can add it to the throttle body or PCV valve/brake booster line; to the crankcase; and to the gas tank. Here's a thread I found after a quick search on this forum. You'll also find on the thread that if you do put it in the oil you'll want to change it within 100 miles. From what you posted earlier you're going to add it to the TB or vacuum line so an oil change would not affect it.

The TB is by far the easiest, but you will have to unplug the MAF sensor if you hope to have the engine run with the intake plumbing disconnected.
