Question squeaky dash

So I've searched and haven't found anything for this, I'm pretty sure my dash bezel is what's squeaking (along with the HU that wasn't mounted properly, I'll be fixing that too).
What were some of the methods that people used to fix that squeak? It's high pitched and really annoying, it squeaks on every tiny bump that causes the truck to flex a bit.

Thanks.

For my door panels I used those felt pads you put on the bottom of furniture to stop it from scratching floors lol. It was the only thing I had in the house at the time I had my door apart. It seems to work pretty well though. I'm sure there is better methods though
