Steering center link
Hi everyone
In Canada ,I cannot find a reliable source to supply me with a center link for my 05 Blazer.
Lots of rear wheel drive center links but no 4x4 .
Even GM dealer cannot help.Dealer says part is discontied.
Hard to believe as its a central part of the steering assembly...
Are there alternative part #s maybe?
No local parts supplier has one and a used one may be as bad as mine.
Can anyone help?

Unfortunately I think your only option may indeed be used. Best bet is to try and find one from a lower mileage place. Some of the wrecker suppliers even offer a warranty on their parts. It's one of those parts that rarely wear out, so there was likely little demand for it and no aftermarket manufacturer picked it up when GM discontinued it.
One possible option, if you happen to be in the Edmonton, AB area, is I have the factory one from my '02 crew cab Sonoma we might could make a deal on. I swapped it out for one with the steering stabilizer stud location and the original center link has just been sitting in the corner of my shed for 10 years.

You will likely have to get one from a wrecking yard.
Fortunately, these a seldom ever in a damaged state. It just would be a pain to remove one if you were to do it yourself. If you get a yard to pull one for you, you might consider bringing along a new idler arm, steering gear arm, and tie rod end to check that the conical mating surfaces are not damaged before paying for it.
