Sliders definatley a no go. Like I said later in the posts, I made them for the main purpose of being steps, which they work absolutely perfect for. The reason for the one bolt is that there are already holes in the frame where the bolts for the steps are. If I were to add more then that would be way more work for those that decide to but them. Structure wise they are as sturdy as they need to be for steps. If someone wanted to buy a set buy preferred 4 holes in each plate and a couple more mounting locations, that would he something I could easily add. For my purpose though, and most others, they r perfect the way they r. Easy to mount, light weight and a quick install.
