Default thermostate & overheating

I have a 95 blazer, 4x4. When put I put in a new fan clutch, water pump, themostat; the temp went to 260 degrees. Without the thermostat it is 110 degrees. Tried 2 other brand new themos, same thing. Replace temp sender, no change! With cardbd in front of rad, no higher than 110. What could be the prob? Any help or ideas, I would be so appreciative!!!!!

faulty water pump? clogged radiator/hoses, when the truck is running are the radiator hoses stiff, or squishy? hot or cold? do you have heat in the vehicle?

does your bottom rad hose have a spring in it so it can't collapse?
