So im probably getting the truck tomorrow. It keeps getting pushed back a day and im getting frustrated. But on the good news, he let me keep my head unit and i took my steering wheel cover =] but he didnt get the blazer yet.

Also, he said it has a non posi rear end, so its 1 wheel peel. And i really dont want 1 wheel peel with a 350. So what are my options for rear ends?

 

I know most of the bravada's have posi? I may be wrong. but i think im right...Im just not sure if it'll be a direct fit. I do know its 4" wider...

 

Alright well i got the s10 guys!!!! the guy started it and drove it into my parking spot off his trailer, but when i tried to drive it, it had trouble starting, and later down the road, bogged out on me. Im new to carburated engines and am worried. everyone says i have a great truck on my hands but i have such an un easy feeling in my stomach to have something that barely runs.

 

What is the weather like down there? If it's cool (unlikely, I know since you're in FL) you have to pump the gas peddle once or twice to prime the choke on the carb.

 

Well,if i was you id rule some things out. Check the timing,and maybe have the carb rebuilt if it needs it. Shouldnt cost much. guy down here rebuilt my quadrajet for 60 bucks
