Default Tranny Compatibility

Hello to all,, have a question for anyone knowledgeable on this area, please any help would be appreciated. I have a 2002 Chevy Blazer with the 4L60e 4.3 in it, 3rd & 4th went out in it, but came across a tranny out of a 2000 with a 350 in it, would this transmission still work if it is a 4L60e as well, or are their gonna be some unforeseen electrical connection issues I might encounter. Please if any one might know any thing about this please send me a message please and thank you
