Default tune up

Hi: I have a question I have a chevy trailblazer 2002 and I want to do a full tune up, how much you think this should cost me? My husband's friend want me to charge $450 for everything (parts includes)

$450 seems pretty steep, parts shpuld cost max maybe $180, if not less. Sounds like bad deal to me.

considering the differential is getting some work too, it doesnt seem too bad of a deal after all.
