Looking for input on my tuning options. Had a local guy lined up for tune but that isn't going to work out. Going to start my simple build in April, 4.3, marine intake, mild cam, headers, CAI. Don't want to have to depend on somebody else when I want to make changes in my tune setup. Not interested in dyno pulls and all that, just want to get the most bang for my buck (i.e. tune options) and tune it in to my driving needs/style. Looking online I am finding Diablo, Livewire and others around $700, I am good with the money but appears some of these don't support our blazers completely if at all. Would also like the capability to tune my 2016 Camaro on the same device (too much to ask maybe?) I have read a lot about HP Tuners but just can't wrap my head around the credits thing, just want to buy and go. Looking for educated and informative replies only please.

I recall a build thread with a nice write-up on the installation of a marine intake and fuel injection system. It that was not you, perhaps the person with that thread could help.

 

Christine, they used HP tuners. I will go that route if I can't find a programmer/tuner to accomplish my needs.
