I let it run for 20 mins and it doesn’t want to stall but it keeps spinning like in the picture.

It’s doesn’t spin while the A/C is off.

If it is spinning steady and non-stop while your A/C is on, then you're fine. If it is intermittent like in the video, probably has a tiny leak and just needs a little bit of recharge.
