vacume line location

00 blazer has a broken vacume line coming from accuator undet battetywas wondering where it goes

Also my service 4wd light come on after driving 20 miles or so then goes off when turning iginion off and back on c ould that be from vacume line or what?

the line from under the battery goes to the vacuum switch on top of the transfercase.
