Maaaan.. You just made me sad. Its too cold to wash the truck, it looks like a light gray right now when it should be black, its just depressing. Looks like by the end of the month we get into the upper 20's and most likely stay there.

we're floating around -15 to 20s on a regular basis, but saturday was 55 and sunday was a moderate mid 30s. It's dropping back, we got a big ol ice storm coming our way end of tomorrow, into wednesday. Should be a blast sharing the road with a few hundred thousand people the next few days.

Im sorry I made you sad rich.... the day you get to wash all the gunky off.... it'll feel like it was raining ones!

I picked up a very good condition NP241C passenger side drop transfer case last night for $100. Now I have a bunch of options for the TC in my K5. I currently have two NP203, two NP205, and the NP241C. The K5 came stock with the NP203 which has been part-time converted. I was planning on building a 203/205 doubler, but want to keep my options open.

The NP241C is about as strong as you can get with a stock chain driven passenger side drop TC and the price was right. The guy I bought it off of has a bunch of other stuff that I might try to get at some point as well.

Ordered ball joints, hub and a new cv axle for the drivers side. Had a hole in the cv boot for over a year now, size of a quarter! Loaded it with grease every month and havent had a problem ,but I think I`m pushing my luck! LOL
