what have you gotten done on your blazer today?
On the Harbor Freight fuel pressure kit, beware that you may need to re-engineer it to make it work properly. Mine came out of the box with check valves in the wrong places on the gage set, it would pressurize and the needle would come up but it would hold pressure in the gage so you couldnt get snap throttle tests, even when you push the bleeder valve it wouldnt return to zero. I had to do some modifications to make it work like it should.
Basically my advice is to play around with it on a properly running vehicle and make sure it works right, it will save you from chasing your tail around a non-fuel pressure related issue.

I feel it alright! It might just be the grease thats all over me.... but I am feeling it.
^ If it doesnt work correctly, that's probably why they say "If you return it theres a 20% restock fee" right? lol. Thanks I'll keep that in mind.

fixed my bumber! My older brother hit something on the driver side and broke a couple of internal support pieces on the bumper and the corner piece got the bumper bent back out and the bumper piece glued into place! Now its straight and level again!!
There's a ZR2 at the junkyard with all but one crushed fender flares.... SUCH RAGE!!!! It does have a tire carrier though, and I snagged a Carbon Fiber skid plate off'n it. Need to get the oil pan one tomorrow. Those are held in by torx screws.
Forewarning to anyone asking "Does a Zr2 skidplate fit on a four door?" No it does not. You can mount the four up top, the back two on the plate to the front two of the frame, but you cannot mount the bottom and top. The bottom of the skidplate sticks down about 2 or 3 inches (My guess is the the angle at which the ZR2 is lifted). This doesn't really bother me enough to go back to my cracked old one though. I'll just have to be sure I don't back over anything until I can get a few nuts.

Running like new.
Had my mechanic replace the lower intake manifold gaskets that were leaking coolant and he changed the oil and filter.
Also had the tune up done. Plugs and wires. The truck has 145000 miles on it and never had a tune up.
Out the door for $640.00 not bad considering it runs like new now.

Did some body work on the front left fender. winter was hard on the girl this year and i had paint peeling on the front fender flare. My first attempt was not very good. So I stripped the whole fender 2 coats of primer, 3 coats of base and 5 coats of clear sanding with 600 wet after each coat. Now it looks good.
