All fixed. Finished it a little over a week ago. As soon as that was done, my computer decided to melt down .... 3 days of hell to get it back online here ...

She's not perfect - I just slapped it together as quick as possible. Looks like the core support could've come up a half inch or so (fender sits too low). Rattlecanned the fender and slapped it on. Didn't even bother to paint the filler or the core support. After the debacle with the bumper, I just ended up sledgehammering it back as close as I could. Good enough, as they say.

Sent the chinese POS one back to the seller and left negative feedback. Now I'm stuck with a brand spankin' new $65 bumper trim piece. Guess I'll throw it on the classifieds here, in case anyone wants it. Made in USA - that was a shocker!

All told I think I have 4,000 hours of labor into this thing now, including the engine swap, and everything else that's been done over the past 4.5 years.

Least it's back together.

Torque converter bolts started rattling on me. Loctite and tightened them back up, so far so good.

Now I'm putting a new muffler and tailpipe on ...

Rotted right off in a little over 3 years. So much for Advance Auto's lifetime warranty "heavy duty" muffler ...

It just never ends around here!

After installing the T handle cable actuator I removed any vacuum line that had anything to do with the POS vacuum actuated system. Capped of what I needed to also. T handle works like a champ. Also advanced gave me store credit for the dorman POS actuator I bought last summer

Went to junkyard to get one speaker cover & Rt Rr door jam plastic. Washed, waxed, interior cleaned and armoral, painted lug caps gloss black, cleaned & siliconed third brake light rubber grommets (stop moisture from building up in lens) and tinted both front windows 35%...if you look very, very close you can see Jason sitting in the passenger seat...

Replaced my Original 89 2-Spoke Steering wheel with a NOS 2-Spoke Steering wheel I purchased on Ebay. The rubber on the original was cracked and peeling. This is on my 89 S15 GMC Jimmy 2WD.

strapped that hog to some jumper cables, breathed new life back into her, found a mud puddle to rally in for a few after work, and parked her dirty. Much like my time on this forum, my time with my Blazer is random, ineffectual, and regrettably sparse...
